Now that the cold and snow of winter is well behind us, the 2019 racing season is in full swing as Coyote Motorsports racers and teams have been hitting the road and racing to success at a number of national-level events over the past couple of months.

For many Briggs LO206 kart racers in the Southeast, the season kicked off the last weekend of March at Jacksonville, Florida’s 103rd Street Sports Complex, where the Maxxis 4-Cycle Sprint Series opened their 2019 tour. Local favorite Sean Meier had a big weekend at Jacksonville, scoring three feature wins on his Coyote Combat.

A little over a month after Jacksonville the Cup Karts North America (CKNA) Champions Cup held their highly anticipated season opener with the Spring Nationals May 3-5 at Concept Haulers Motor Speedway near Norway, Illinois. Over 20 racers entered their Coyote chassis in competition at Norway – a great turnout for us at the largest 4-cycle sprint series in the nation.

The Champions Cup was back in action June 1-2 for the second round of the series at the famed Michiana Raceway Park near South Bend, Indiana. This event proved to be a huge weekend for Coyote Motorsports with our drivers scoring seven feature wins in the 12 classes offered, including wins for Blake Boon, Ryan Cassity, Josh Stiefel, Tim Stiefel and Jim Lipari.

Here’s a rundown of racers that competed at these events with their Coyote chassis.

NOTE: We do the best we can to recognize all drivers on our chassis at these events. If we missed you, please send a friendly reminder via email to coyotekart@gmail.com, and we will edit the press release and be sure to recognize your efforts!
